TERMS & CONDITIONS

IDENTIFICATION
All guests are required to present their original Emirates ID or Passport to the captain at the time of arrival.

ARRIVAL TIME
We strongly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid losing time on the cruise.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Government regulations require we count each guest on our yachts, including minors of ALL ages. Please do not exceed the yacht’s capacity. Extra people will not be allowed to board.

PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit:
• Please note that a 50% down payment is necessary to secure your reservation and ensure its confirmation. Reservation may be canceled without notice if payment is not received.
• Public holidays are non-refundable and require full payment at the time of reservation, i.e. NYE, F1, EID.
Prices:
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions that may occur. We recommend that you book & pay in full as soon as possible to ensure the availability and pricing of any travel services shown.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
• Cash
• Credit Card
• Bank Transfer / ATM Deposit (Transfer receipt must be sent by email)

CANCELLATION
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation will be effective on the date MY Dubai Cruises receives a written cancellation note.
• No cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of the trip and are non-refundable.
• Changes to the booking after it has been confirmed are subject to availability. While we will try our best to make the necessary arrangements, there may be additional costs.
• In the case of a No-Show, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
• Public holidays are non-refundable and require full payment at the time of reservation, i.e. NYE, F1, EID.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone your charter due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, or the enforcement of new laws. MY Cruises will provide an alternative date/time.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES:
All charter companies in Dubai are subject to strict rules imposed by the UAE authorities. If rules are violated, Master Yachts Cruises L.L.C. reserves the right to pass on any fines that may result from an act of noncompliance with the rules or disregard by the guests. In such a case, the charter will be canceled immediately with no refund.
• In the event of Coast Guard instructions, the skipper may require the guests to wear life jackets.
• Water littering is strictly prohibited.
• The UAE Coast Guard does not allow swimming more than three meters from the yacht for your safety.
• Jumping off the yacht while it is in motion is strictly forbidden.
• No pets allowed on board.
• There is no smoking allowed inside the yacht, although it is permitted outdoors.
• All fishing must be conducted under UAE regulations.
Anti-Social Behaviour:
• Aggressive behavior won’t be tolerated on board, and it will result in the charter being terminated.
General Liability Indemnity:
• Master Yachts Cruises L.L.C. does not accept any liability or responsibility for any claims, loss of personal items, demands, injury, accidents, sickness or death during the trip either on or off the board.

Insurance:
• All guests are insured throughout the cruise by the insurance company.

Captain’s Authority:
• Captain holds complete authority over boat navigation, crew, and passengers, ensuring safe equipment use and potentially prohibiting unsafe activities.

Responsibility for Children:
• Any guests onboard under the age of 21 are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
• All children under the age of 10 must wear life jackets at all times.

Dress Code:
• For your safety, we require you to remove footwear during the charter.

• Fuel necessary for the trip
• Professional Licensed Captain & Crew
• Complimentary Water, Juice, Ice
• Sound System with Bluetooth
• Cutlery and Crockery
• Ice Box

Credit/Debit Card:
• MY Cruises accepts payment by Visa or Master debit/credit cards for all its products and services. All card purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Those terms supersede all other agreements regarding the credit/debit card payments in these terms.
• All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

DAMAGE WAIVER AND LIABILITIES
• In case of any damage caused to the yacht by any of the guests, a repair/replacement will be charged to the booker or person responsible.

IMPORTANT
• We reserve the right to terminate charter arrangements without notice for clients who fail to comply with company staff instructions or cause distress, damage, or danger to staff or property. Upon such termination, our responsibility for your charter ceases, and we shall not be liable for any extra costs. The cancellation policy will apply.
