2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized channels.
• A valid booking requires confirmation via email or SMS.
• Minimum booking time may vary by yacht and package.
• Advanced booking (24-48 hours) is recommended for availability.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed only after payment is received or deposit is paid.
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details and invoice.
• Please verify all details in the confirmation email immediately.

2.3 Changes to Booking

• Booking modifications must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Date and time changes may result in price adjustments.

3.1 Payment Methods

• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
• Full payment is required for bookings made within 48 hours of departure.
• For advance bookings, a minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm.

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for extended hours, extra services, or add-ons.
• Fuel surcharges may be applied during peak season.

3.3 Refunds

• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
• Processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

5.1 Liability

• All yachts are covered by comprehensive marine insurance.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• My Dubai Cruises is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
• Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

5.2 Damage & Negligence

• Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• Reckless behavior or non-compliance with safety instructions may result in immediate termination without refund.
• Guests are liable for any injuries caused by their negligence.

5.3 Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
• Insurance should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal accidents.

6.1 Safety Compliance

• All guests must follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times.
• Life jackets must be worn when instructed.
• Swimming is permitted only in designated areas and before sunset.
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

6.2 Conduct

• Guests must behave in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Excessive alcohol consumption and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the charter.

6.3 Health & Fitness

• Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities.
• Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse boarding to guests deemed unfit for travel.

All content on the My Dubai Cruises website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of My Dubai Cruises or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of any material from our website may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

My Dubai Cruises reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
